We ensure that products purchased for use within the practice are sourced from businesses that have high ethical standards and uphold our values. Where possible, we use suppliers located in Winchester and the surrounding areas. Our reputation is built on the delivery of quality orthodontic care to every patient. CSR is integral to that delivery and is embedded into every aspect of our business – it is demonstrated every day in our practice.
In 2012 we relocated from St Cross Road to Barnes Close. We moved into an already established and fully furnished dental practice. As a result, any equipment surplus to requirement was donated to Dentaid, which offers dental professionals in the developing world all the resources they need to provide care and service to their community. We are currently reviewing the equipment we have in practice and will again be contacting Dentaid with items we no longer require.
Our practice makes an annual donation to Naomi House, a purpose-built children’s hospice in Winchester that provides a homely environment to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. They provide individualised specialist care and much-needed respite for the whole family, enabling them to feel refreshed, rested, and supported through the good days, difficult days, and last days.
Our staff have an unfailing commitment to our patients. Each member of staff keeps their professional knowledge up to date to ensure patients receive the best information, treatment, and care. We endeavour to look after our patients as we would our own family.
