The practice is based in St Lawrence House, 2 Barnes Close, Winchester. It has easy access from all parts of Hampshire. The practice has been designed to provide a welcoming informal atmosphere for both adult and child patients. The waiting room has a rolling signage TV where you can view important sporting events plus we can offer information to our patients on treatments available to them including a video about the Invisalign process.
Dr. Stewart Hawthorn is fully up to date in the latest techniques and developments in orthodontics.
The orthodontic team have been carefully selected to compliment Stewart's care for patients and passion for orthodontics. The team includes orthodontic nurses, patient co-ordinator and a practice manager/receptionist. All are very experienced, fully qualified and able to discuss any queries you may have. The patient co-ordinator will discuss the costs of treatment which can be spread over the treatment period to facilitate payment.
Stewart qualified as a dentist at the University of Dundee. After spending time in general dental practice followed by Maxillofacial Surgery appointments he obtained his Surgical Fellowship. He then undertook postgraduate orthodontic training at Guy's Hospital, London, where he gained his orthodontic qualifications. Stewart has particular interest in treating adult patients using cosmetic fixed appliances and the Invisalign technique.
